We have a whole lot of action going on right now. Both inside and out. The rough ins are done. The drywall is going up and we have siding and trim on site. The installation of the siding should be starting soon. The porches are coming along as well. Mountain Days is really starting to look like a home. It will be very exciting for us to see the house this weekend.
Did they already grade your yard???
Yes, for the most part the final grade is done. It will be touched up and tweaked along with some important hardscape like a fire pit when the house is finished.
